At Slap A Hippie, we don’t just care about what’s inside the jar — we care about what it comes in, too. Our packaging is designed with the planet in mind, so nothing has to go to waste (unless you count the toxic junk we never use).

We believe packaging should have a second life — one that doesn’t end up in a landfill. Around here, every little thing has a purpose… and if it can help your garden thrive, even better. Here are 3 ways you can put your packaging to use:

  • Your Cardboard Box-

    Lay it down in your garden for sheet mulching and smother weeds the natural way. Mother Earth approves.

  • The Paper Wrapping-

    Toss it in your compost pile as a carbon-rich layer. Your soil will thank you with greener, happier plants.

  • Those Pine Needles-

    Spread ‘em in the garden as mulch to keep moisture in and weeds out — plus, it smells like the forest came to visit.
